To setup a consultation time for you to interview him or her. 2. For a quote including all fees, taxes, and gratuities. 3. Be sure to ask for references from past clients.  (Minimum of 5) 4. Last but not least, ask him or her, how long they have been working in the wedding industry under their current business name. Anything less than 1 year is not acceptable.
